Saying he doesn’t want to make a decision until he has gathered all the facts, PBA Commissioner Sonny Barrios yesterday deferred his decision on whether to fine or suspend Sta. Lucia Realty’s Kelly Williams and Air21’s Homer Se, two players involved in a fight during the Express-Realtors game Sunday night.

Barrios met with Se yesterday afternoon but because of the short time they talked, he opted not to make any decision.

“Sandali lang kami naka-pagusap, actually I was about to leave the office because we have a game. I still need to confer with our technical staff,” Barrios said, adding that he will announce his decision on Se today.

Both Williams and Se were summoned to appear at the PBA but Williams was not able to make it after he left for the United States last Monday for his June 7 wedding with girlfriend, Erica.

Barrios only learned of Williams’ departure yesterday when team officials told him that the player had left for the US.
